What types of roses are available at Fleur de Paris?

We work with fresh roses , known for their beauty and fragrance , as well as Infinity Roses , also called preserved roses, which maintain their appearance and color for a long time .

What are Infinity Roses?

Our Infinity roses come from the lush, vibrant rose fields of Ecuador , South America. Each rose is carefully cultivated until it reaches full bloom. From there, each flower is harvested in its prime state, dehydrated, preserved and dyed to give it the bright, vibrant colors you love and expect.

Do Infinity Roses require special care?
Infinity Roses are preserved in such a way that they maintain their beauty for a long time, without requiring special care.
Just keep them away from direct sunlight and damp places to enjoy their durability.

Are Infinity roses natural roses?
Yes! All of our Fleur de Paris® infinity roses are 100% natural , grown in the rose fields of Ecuador, South America.

How long do Infinity Roses last?

Infinity Roses (Preserved Roses) are 100% Natural Roses, which undergo a stabilization process.

The sap is replaced by a special liquid product based on glycerin and other natural ingredients.

The rose lasts for 3-4 years, however in the right environment it can last even longer .

How do I care for my Infinity roses?

  • Do not water the roses, they do not need water.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure .
  • Keep roses indoors, cool and dry .
  • If dust accumulates after a few months, lightly remove it with a duster.
  • Do not place anything on the roses as this may crush and damage them.
  • Do not remove the roses from the box; they must be kept in their own packaging.
  • The lid should be on the side or bottom of the box.
  • Do not allow roses to come into direct contact with light-colored fabrics or surfaces, as they may stain.
  • Be careful when transporting the arrangement: it is a very delicate product!
  • If you see any damage to your arrangement, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of delivery.

Yes, it is possible to schedule flower delivery for a specific date, simply indicate the desired date when placing the order and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

What are Fleur de Paris’ delivery areas in mainland Portugal?

We deliver throughout mainland Portugal , ensuring that your flowers arrive with freshness and quality wherever you are.

What is your shipping policy in mainland Portugal?

Our partner for deliveries in mainland Portugal is the transport company MRW .

Deliveries within Mainland Portugal - Shipping Cost : €15.00

Orders are dispatched on the business day following the respective orders, if they are placed on a business day, the order as well as the respective payment must be received by 3pm on the business day prior to dispatch.

What is your shipping policy in mainland Portugal for shipping on weekends and holidays?

For deliveries in Mainland Portugal on Weekends and Holidays:

Orders received on Friday (or the previous Thursday after 2pm) will be processed on the following working day .

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day for delivery on the next business day after dispatch.

What is your same-day shipping policy?

It is possible to make deliveries on the same day 7 days a week only to Lisbon and Greater Lisbon within a radius of 40 km: Oeiras, Carcavelos, Cascais, Odivelas, Loures, Amadora and Sintra

Lisbon:
On the same day – from 10am to 6pm – Shipping Cost: €8.00

Lisbon Region (within a radius of 40 km):
On the same day – from 10am to 6pm – Shipping Cost : €15.00

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, Fleur de Paris ® products are not eligible for returns as they are natural and perishable items.

Furthermore, once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it.
