The Digital Economy Association once again selected the best Portuguese websites, applications and projects for digital strategy and innovation in yet another edition of the Navegantes XXI Awards.
The website platform where www.fleurdeparis.pt was developed took into account the need to be mobile friendly, with a strong concern for being intuitive and easy to consult and purchase, with various payment methods. At the same time, it allows constant updating with relevant content and interconnected with social media, where presence on various social networks is essential to increase interactivity.
Allowing online purchases to be made easily and quickly, or through social media, fast and effective delivery makes customer service adequate and of high quality, to which the explanatory way in which this information is presented also contributes.
From the beginning, Fleur de Paris sought to change the paradigm of flower marketing in Portugal, as instead of the traditional one, it invested in a virtual store through its website with an online store, sought to have a presence on various social networks, namely on Facebook with a defined strategy to give notoriety to the brand and provide security and convenience in the way of purchasing, in addition to investing in various advertising media also focused on the masses, such as, for example, the advertising carried out in the Lisbon Metro in the Ana Aeroportos de Portugal Magazine and in the Maps -ANA Airports of Portugal. We believe that we can positively influence the sector to the extent that, through our example, many other similar businesses can reformulate themselves and invest in this new positioning.
