Point 1.

Placing an order on or through our website (in cases where orders are not placed on the website itself but by other means: telephone, email, etc.), implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of use/sale and conditions delivery companies designated by Fleur de Paris.

The customer may access their data or change it at any time, unless the website is undergoing maintenance (intended for changes/updates).

Our obligations do not fall within our obligations in cases of accidents, natural causes, strikes, wars, or others that do not depend on our responsibility and that make delivery impossible. In these cases, the customer will always be notified of the impossibility of delivery and if they wish to reschedule a new delivery.

Point 2.

The customer is responsible for the information provided when registering and placing an order (e.g. addresses of order recipients, contact details, etc.), and we are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from errors in the same information indicated by the customer. as well as the non-presence of the person indicated to receive the order.

In case of failure in the 1st delivery attempt, our delivery service will make every effort to make a 2nd delivery attempt, according to the recipient of the order (agreeing on this new time or new delivery address if necessary), not It is our responsibility if the recipient refuses to receive the order (in these cases we ask the customer to always include the recipient's most direct contact details in their order so that delivery can be successful).

The name and details of our customers are never revealed to the recipient of the order, unless otherwise indicated by our customers, when placing their order on our website.

Under no circumstances may the customer or anyone else access our website with the intention of: practicing computer piracy, disseminating any type of computer virus on our website, fraudulent acts that imply or result in a criminal offense and attempts to alter, access to our website, which are not exclusively for the registration/modification of your data and orders to be placed.

Point 3.

The customer may request changes to the services proposed on the website, namely changes to the type of flowers, colors, formats and others, via email, and subject to validation and response by Fleur de Paris, which will be carried out via the same means.

The products presented on our website and their associated photographs are just an illustrative sample of our work, and the final product may not always be exactly the same. This may happen because the flowers are seasonal, and if they are not available at the time of placing the order, the order will be appropriate in each situation. In cases of stock failure of the products presented, they will be replaced with others of the same quality (flowers and containers), with the arrangement being suitable for the different containers. As there are certain flowers that are not available at certain times of the year, or due to lack of stock at our suppliers, we will replace them with similar ones, always respecting the quality and price of the product ordered.

Point 4.

We also have a satisfaction and return guarantee, in which, if the customer is not satisfied with our product for reasons attributable to Fleur de Paris (this does not include the situations set out in our sales conditions "Our terms and conditions of use /Sale" and which are accepted by the customer at the time of ordering), and in this case we guarantee the return of the amount paid (through the same method in which the customer made the payment), leaving the customer with the obligation to communicate their complaint or dissatisfaction in writing, within 24 hours of receiving your order, using the following email address: geral@fleurdeparis.pt and giving us your order number.

The customer may also cancel their order within 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In this case, the amount paid will be returned to the customer using the same method in which they paid for their order. This is because our products are perishable and subject to stipulated times for ordering from our producers.

We do not accept returns or complaints about our products that do not meet the conditions described above and in situations where the reasons are not attributable to Fleur de Paris.

The user will be considered responsible whenever they do not comply with the terms and conditions of use/sale and delivery conditions accepted when placing their order or orders on our website.

Fees charged by banks or other entities when paying for orders will not be refunded if the reasons for complaint and/or cancellation are not attributable to Fleur de Paris but are attributable to the customer.

Cancellations/returns and complaints based on ignorance or failure to read the sales and delivery conditions, which are accepted when placing orders on our website, cannot be accepted.

Fleur de Paris is committed to delivering its products with maximum safety and quality, in accordance with the general sales conditions set out on this website.

Returns of perishable products are not accepted. Any other product purchased on this website can be exchanged, provided that the Customer returns it within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from its delivery, and to do so, contact using the following email address: geral@fleurdeparis.pt and indicating us your order number.

We do not accept returns sent with postage to be paid or cash on delivery, and we undertake to reimburse the Customer within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the returned products.

Returned products must be in good condition, that is, in the same condition as they were when they arrived in the hands of the User or Recipient.
